V-belt 8V (25N), Optibelt BLUE POWER (Kevlar fibre)
Code: KAT_OPTBP8V_000100
Product detailed description
The pre-stretched aramid tension cord has extremely low elongation compared to conventional materials such as polyester. Its breaking strength is almost twice as high for the same cord diameter. Nevertheless, the fibre is extremely flexible. The high-quality, specially treated aramid cord is embedded in a rubber compound and supported by a top and bottom layer made of a polychloroprene rubber compound with transverse fibres. An abrasion-resistant cover fabric coated with a special rubber compound covers the entire belt.
High-performance Optibelt BLUE POWER V-belts according to ARPM/MPTA have the same construction and properties as V-belts according to DIN 7753.
Optibelt BLUE POWER V-belts, profile 8V/25N according to ARPM/MPTA, have the following section: belt top width 25 mm x belt height 23 mm.
Electrically conductive according to ISO 1813.
