Banded V-belts
Optibelt banded V-belts (kraftbands) from the catalogue – 22 cards, 534 lengths and 2,136 variants (2–5 ribs). Choose the range:
- Optibelt KB SK - banded narrow – narrow SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, 3V, 5V, 8V
- Optibelt KB RED POWER 3 - banded reinforced – reinforced, no re-tensioning, SPB, SPC, 3V, 5V, 8V
- Optibelt KB BLUE POWER - banded Kevlar – aramid cord, SPB, SPC, 5V, 8V
- Optibelt SUPER KBX-POWER - banded cogged – cogged narrow 3VX, 5VX
- Optibelt KB VB - banded classical – classical A, B, C, D
A banded V-belt (kraftband) consists of 2 to 5 V-belts joined on the back by a common cover band. It prevents single belts from turning over and whipping in drives with shock loads, long centre distances or vertical shafts. Each card is a section, variants are number of ribs (2–5) × length. Designation “3-SPB2000” = 3 ribs, section SPB, length 2000 mm. Delivery time and price will be confirmed on request.
