Product detailed description
Round wire retaining ring for piston pins (gudgeon pin circlip) according to DIN 73130, Cirteq SC series. It is fitted into the groove in the piston pin bore and secures the pin against axial movement – combustion engines, compressors and pumps.
Cirteq is a British manufacturer of retaining rings and technical springs with TS 16949 quality certification (Cirteq Technical Manual catalogue, series SC (DIN 73130)).
Technical data: material spring steel wire (patented drawn wire EN 10270-1), surface phosphated and oiled. Stainless steel 1.4310 or phosphor bronze on request. Dimensions according to the table in the picture: wire diameter d7, outer diameter of the free ring d3, groove diameter d2 and groove width m, all with tolerances.
Variant dimensions: bore diameter d1 10 to 35 mm, wire diameter 0.8 to 2 mm. The variant name contains the Cirteq catalogue designation, bore diameter x wire diameter and groove diameter d2.
