Push-on fix retaining washer (push-on fix clip, Klemmscheibe), Cirteq KS series. A reinforced version of the toothed ring – it is pushed onto a plain shaft without a groove and transmits relatively high axial forces. It is used for fixing switches and indicator lights, in office equipment, household appliances, optics and electronics.
Cirteq is a British manufacturer of retaining rings and technical springs with TS 16949 quality certification (Cirteq Technical Manual catalogue, series KS).
Technical data: material spring steel C67S / C75S (EN 10132), surface phosphated and oiled. Stainless steel 1.4122 or phosphor bronze on request. Dimensions according to the table in the picture: shaft diameter d1 with tolerance, inner diameter d3, outer diameter d4, thickness s, number of teeth n, height h and holding force H (N). Equivalent to Seeger KS.
