    Product detailed description

    Heavy duty retaining ring for shafts (reinforced circlip), dimensions according to DIN 471, Cirteq AS series (D1460). It is thicker than the standard A series and transmits higher axial forces – suitable for heavy loads and for splined shafts.

    Cirteq is a British manufacturer of retaining rings and technical springs with TS 16949 quality certification (Cirteq Technical Manual catalogue, series AS (DIN 471)).

    Technical data: material spring steel C67S / C75S (EN 10132), surface phosphated and oiled. On request stainless steel 1.4122, precipitation hardened stainless steel PH 15-7 or phosphor bronze, or mechanical zinc plating. Dimensions according to the table in the picture: thickness s, free ring diameter d3, lug height a, width b, plier hole d5, installation space C1 / C2, groove diameter d2, groove width m, groove depth t, groove distance from the end face n, groove load capacity FN and ring load capacity FR (kN), load capacity with radius g – FRg, limiting speed ndet. Equivalent to Seeger AS, Rotorclip DSR.
