Product detailed description
Retaining ring for shafts (circlip, Seeger ring) according to DIN 471, Cirteq A series (D1400). The most widely used axial retention of parts on a grooved shaft – bearings, gears, pulleys, bushings and washers – in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and instrument engineering. It is fitted with circlip pliers using the lugs.
Cirteq is a British manufacturer of retaining rings and technical springs with TS 16949 quality certification (Cirteq Technical Manual catalogue, series A (DIN 471) A95–A230).
Technical data: material spring steel C67S / C75S (EN 10132), surface phosphated and oiled. On request stainless steel 1.4122, precipitation hardened stainless steel PH 15-7 or phosphor bronze, or mechanical zinc plating. Dimensions according to the table in the picture: thickness s, free ring diameter d3, lug height a, width b, plier hole d5, installation space C1 / C2, groove diameter d2, groove width m, groove depth t, groove distance from the end face n, groove load capacity FN and ring load capacity FR, load capacity with radius g – FRg (kN), stiffness and limiting speed ndet. Equivalent to Seeger A, Rotorclip DSH, ČSN 02 9230.
