Product detailed description
Bowed retaining ring for shafts (bowed ring, W-Sicherungsring), Cirteq AW series (M1401). The ring is bowed like a spring and takes up even larger axial play with a small force – for zero play mounting of rolling bearings, noise damping, machine tools and general mechanical engineering.
Cirteq is a British manufacturer of retaining rings and technical springs with TS 16949 quality certification (Cirteq Technical Manual catalogue, series AW (M1401)).
Technical data: material spring steel C67S / C75S (EN 10132), surface phosphated and oiled. On request stainless steel 1.4122, precipitation hardened stainless steel PH 15-7 or phosphor bronze, or mechanical zinc plating. Dimensions according to the table in the picture: thickness s, free ring diameter d3, lug height a, width b, plier hole d5, groove diameter d2, groove width m, groove depth t, groove distance from the end face n. Equivalent to Seeger AW.
