Product detailed description
Bevelled retaining ring for bores (bevelled circlip, Keilring), Cirteq JB series (M1302). The outer edge is bevelled and the ring wedges itself in the tapered groove – it takes up axial play and manufacturing tolerances and holds the part without play. It is used in gearboxes, wheel bearings, vehicles and machines.
Cirteq is a British manufacturer of retaining rings and technical springs with TS 16949 quality certification (Cirteq Technical Manual catalogue, series JB (M1302)).
Technical data: material spring steel C67S / C75S (EN 10132), surface phosphated and oiled. On request stainless steel 1.4122, precipitation hardened stainless steel PH 15-7 or phosphor bronze, or mechanical zinc plating. Dimensions according to the table in the picture: thickness s, free ring diameter d3, lug height a, width b, plier hole d5, installation space C1 / C2, groove diameter d2, groove width m, groove depth t, groove distance from the end face n, load capacity with radius g – FRg. Equivalent to Seeger JB.
