Cylindrical damper GeTech MFT, type 2 (model B), stud - nut (external and internal thread), soft rubber 45 Shore A. Anti-vibration element for mounting machines, motors, compressors, pumps, fans, switchboards and instruments – dampens vibration and noise and protects against shocks.
GeTech is a renowned brand of Italian products (GeTech 2026 catalogue, Vibration Control Line – Cylindrical Mountings, page 25).
Technical data: rubber body material NR/SBR, standard hardness 45 Shore A – soft rubber (tolerance +/- 5 ShA), zinc-plated washer, zinc-plated stud and blind internal thread (nut). Other stud lengths and a through internal thread, other dimensions and hardnesses on request. Dimensions E (stud length) and F (internal thread depth) may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice, and depending on the availability of metal parts the manufacturer may supply a blind or a through internal thread.
Cylindrical damper type designation: type 1 = type A = stud/stud, type 2 = type B = stud/nut, type 3 = type C = nut/nut, type 4 = type D = stud/rubber, type 5 = type E = nut/rubber.
Variant dimensions: diameter A 20 to 75 mm, height B 15 to 50 mm, thread M6 to M12, stud length E 10 to 37 mm, internal thread depth F 6 to 12 mm, max. compression load 11 to 224 daN, shear load 1.3 to 45 daN. The variant name contains diameter / height, stud (thread x length), nut (thread and depth) and the GeTech catalogue number. The maximum load according to the catalogue is given in the table in the picture.
