Product detailed description
Conical cab damper GeTech SB (conical mount) – a rubber cone between a zinc-plated flange and a bottom cup with a central hole for a through bolt. The flange is fastened to the frame, the cab or body is bolted on with a bolt passing through the centre. The conical shape transmits compression loads as well as transverse loads in all directions, and thanks to the bottom washer the element is also secured against pull-out. Typical applications: mounting of cabs of construction, agricultural and handling machines, engines, generators, vehicle bodies and heavier machines exposed to shocks.
GeTech is a renowned brand of Italian products (GeTech 2026 catalogue, Vibration Control Line – Machine Mounts).
Technical data: rubber body material NR/SBR, standard hardness 60 Shore A (tolerance +/- 5 ShA), 45 Shore A on request. Metal parts made of zinc-plated steel. A2SB60 has an oval flange with 2 holes 11x14 mm, A2SB78, A2SB93 and A2SB109 have a square flange with 4 holes 11 mm.
Cylindrical damper type designation: type 1 = type A = stud/stud, type 2 = type B = stud/nut, type 3 = type C = nut/nut, type 4 = type D = stud/rubber, type 5 = type E = nut/rubber. The waisted (sand-glass) shape is designated TP1, the conical bumper A2CN. Bell dampers (A2SC, A2SCT, A2SCQ, A2SMAR) form a separate group for mounting machines and motors on a flange with two or four holes.
Variant dimensions: central hole A 12 to 20 mm, overall height D 51 to 86 mm, cone diameter E 57 to 115 mm, flange H x H1 106x68 to 140x120 mm, hole pitch G 80 to 112 mm (G1 65 to 92 mm), sheet thickness S 2.5 to 5 mm. Maximum compression load 150 to 1250 daN. The variant name contains cone diameter / height, central hole, flange size with holes and pitch and the GeTech catalogue number.
