The E20 seal is a single-acting symmetrical seal for light to medium-duty hydraulic cylinders. Thanks to its robust design it seals well even with a worn piston rod and guide rings.

Application: Light to medium-duty hydraulic cylinders, lifting platforms, also suitable for double-acting cylinders (one seal on each side of the piston). Installed in a split / open groove with a retaining ring.

Technical parameters: material NBR 80 Shore A (also available with fabric reinforcement), pressure up to 200 bar, temperature −20 °C to +100 °C, speed up to 0.5 m/s. Media: mineral oils, bio oils, water-based fluids and water-glycol. Max. extrusion gap 0.60 mm at 50 bar, 0.50 mm at 100 bar, 0.40 mm at 200 bar. Roughness: static surfaces Ra 1.6 µm, dynamic Ra 0.4 µm. Tolerance: D H10, d f8/h9.
