S07 (now listed as U-Cup SNI07) is an asymmetrical compact single-acting rod seal by Dichtomatik (Freudenberg) with an inner main sealing lip and a POM back-up ring, on the outer diameter it fits tightly in the groove. The back-up ring closes the sealing gap and prevents extrusion of the seal.

Advantages: very high extrusion resistance, compact design.

Application: Rod sealing with single-acting pressure loads – hydraulics, standard cylinders, rolling mills, presses, construction, agricultural and forestry machinery.

Technical parameters: fabric-reinforced NBR seal, POM back-up ring, pressure up to 40 MPa, sliding speed up to 0.5 m/s, temperature −30 °C to +100 °C. Groove flank roughness Ra ≤ 3 µm.

Size: rod diameter d 85 mm, groove root diameter D 105 mm, height H 14.3 mm.
