W09 is a combined rod seal for pneumatic cylinders: a polyurethane rod seal integrated with a wiper lip and a guide element. The reinforcement is a steel ring chemically bonded to the polyurethane, so the seal is simply pressed into the bore of the cylinder cap.

Application: Pneumatic cylinders, pneumatic valves, short-stroke cylinders. Advantages: sealing, wiping and guiding in one element, compact installation, smooth running thanks to the lubricant-retaining lip geometry, low compression set, good wear resistance, long service life.

Technical parameters: material polyurethane 92 Shore A with steel reinforcement, pressure up to 16 bar, temperature −30 °C to +100 °C, speed up to 1.0 m/s, medium dry and non-lubricated air. Roughness: static surfaces Ra 1.6 µm, dynamic Ra 0.4 µm.
