The ZR profile has trapezoidal teeth. The first trapezoidal timing belts were developed in the USA. Due to their origin, these belts have standard dimensions expressed in inches rather than in meters. The profile complies with the ISO 19347 standard. Toothed belts with the ZR profile are manufactured in a wide range of lengths and widths. Several special lengths, widths, and available constructions exist — for these special designs, please contact us. Timing belts with ZR profiles are manufactured as standard in ground class G2, with a height tolerance of ± 0.25 mm.
