The ZR profile has trapezoidal teeth. The first trapezoidal timing belts were developed in the USA. Because of their origin, these belts have standard dimensions expressed in inches instead of metres. The profile meets the requirements of ISO 19347.
ZR profile timing belts are produced in a wide range of lengths and widths. Several special lengths, widths and designs are available – for these special versions please contact us. ZR profile timing belts are produced as standard in grinding class G2, height tolerance ± 0.25 mm.
