Product detailed description
The O-ring is the most widely used type of seal because it requires little space and is very easy to install. With correct groove design and a suitable material, it performs its function reliably over the long term in both static and dynamic use within the temperature range permitted for the rubber material concerned.
HNBR O-rings are highly resistant to mineral oils with additives, have very low water vapour and gas permeability as well as high ozone resistance. They also have excellent mechanical properties and retain them even at low temperatures (temperature range -20°C to +150°C, special versions down to -30°C).
