DIN 3017. The ASFA-S W5 hose clamp fully complies with DIN 3017 and the EU Directive 2002/95/EC. This hose clamp represents the latest stage in the development of the ASFA 12 mm series. One of the main improvements of this version is the lateral offset of the tape thread, which reduces the tendency of the tape end to ride out of the casing off-centre when tightening. By combining the bushing, locking system and bolt location in the bushing, this buckle offers superior performance at the same torque ratings.
