The TENAX V-ring is the middle sealing element of a V-packing set (chevron packing) made of fabric-reinforced rubber for sealing rods, plungers and pistons of high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, presses and pumps. The set consists of a TR pressure ring, one or more V-rings and a BP support ring. The number of V-rings is chosen according to the pressure and the chamber height, the set can be re-tightened during operation and worn rings can be replaced individually.

Technical parameters: TG series V-packing sets: pressure up to 600 bar, speed up to 0.5 m/s. Material: TENAX – cotton fabric with NBR 75 Shore A (max. +120 °C, mineral oils, emulsions, HFA/HFB/HFC fluids).

Size: inner diameter d 10 mm, outer diameter D 18 mm, height h 2.5 mm.
