Merkel Complete Piston Pneuko M 210 is a compact, short complete piston for pneumatic cylinders. It combines an aluminium body, guide strip, magnet and an FKM sealing element with integrated cushioning stops and an integrated static seal. It is designed for pressure from both sides.

Advantages: low friction and low breakaway force thanks to the lip geometry and venting channels, high wear resistance, tilt-free running thanks to the optimised guide strip, mechanical end-position cushioning of the piston by integrated stops, position sensing thanks to an integrated magnet, easy installation on the stepped rod end (secured with washer and nut), long service life.

Application: single piston seal for short-stroke, compact, round and ISO pneumatic cylinders.

Technical parameters: sealing element FKM 75 Shore A (75 FKM 181327), aluminium body, medium: treated, dried and de-oiled compressed air (the seal is factory-lubricated), operating pressure max. 1.2 MPa, temperature −20 °C to +100 °C, speed max. 1.0 m/s. Cylinder surface: Rmax ≤ 4 µm, Rp/Rz < 0.5 µm.
